Mehring Consulting, LLC (“Mehring Consulting”, “we”, “our”) operates the ClubHub platform, available at clubhubapps.com and customer subdomains (e.g., anchorboatclub.clubhubapps.com), as well as the marketing site tryclubhub.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our services.

1. Information We Collect

• Information entered by clubs (our Customers) such as member names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Transaction information when members use online payments.
• Technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and device identifiers.
• Cookies and usage analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information solely to provide and improve the ClubHub service, process transactions, and maintain secure systems. We do not sell or share personal information for marketing purposes.

3. Customer Responsibility

Clubs using ClubHub are the Data Controllers. They decide what information to collect and how it is used. Individuals with questions about their data should contact their club directly.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards including SSL encryption, password hashing, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats.

5. Data Retention

We retain Customer Data while the Customer maintains an active account. Upon termination, data will be deleted within 60 days, subject to legal requirements. Customers may request an export of their data before deletion.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Please direct such requests to your club.
